This is a private, luxury, one-on-one service designed to reset your scalp, elevate your hair health, and provide uninterrupted time for you to fully unwind. ⸻ Booking & Experience Guidelines Private, One-on-One Experience Soulful Serenity is a solo-operated luxury suite. Only one client is serviced at a time. For guests booking together, appointments are scheduled consecutively—never overlapping. Online Booking Only All appointments must be scheduled through the booking site. Appointments are not accepted via text, phone call, or voicemail. Deposits A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total. ⸻ Preparation & Aftercare Hair Preparation To protect the integrity of your results, please avoid all hair services—including coloring, blow drying, or heat styling—for a minimum of 42 hours before and after your appointment. Service Preparation Please wear comfortable clothing. For all extended services (2-hour and 3-hour), avoid shaving or waxing your legs the day of your appointment to prevent irritation. Post-Treatment Care Your service concludes with a deep conditioning treatment. Hair will be left wet intentionally to allow maximum absorption. For optimal results, leave the treatment in overnight and rinse the following day. ⸻ Scheduling Policy Appointments are released up to 2 months in advance only. If a date or time is not available, it is fully booked. To be notified of openings, please join the waitlist with your preferred date and time. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. * Changes made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service total * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% ⸻ Late Arrival Policy * Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will have their appointment canceled and charged in full * Clients arriving under 15 minutes late will receive a shortened service to preserve the schedule * Full service pricing remains in effect ⸻ Payment Enforcement Policy All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling any future services. If a card on file is declined, locked, or otherwise unable to be processed for a late cancellation, the remaining balance will be required before rebooking. Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking. Repeated violations of this policy will result in permanent removal of booking privileges. ⸻ Gift Card Policy * Gift cards are applied at checkout only * Gift cards may not be used as a deposit * A valid card on file is required for all bookings * Gift cards purchased are nonrefundable and can be transferred to another person ⸻ Product Usage & Upcharges Hair that is excessively dry, damaged, or highly absorbent may require additional product to achieve optimal results. Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place:
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the booked service to the card on file.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service.
• If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your service will be shortened accordingly to stay on schedule.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged 100% of the booked service.
• After 2 reschedules, all future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
